This page is used to book private off-live sessions only. All services are non-refundable. By completing your booking you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.

Booking & Availability

Y/N, timeframe, pregnancy, and in-depth questions do not require calendar scheduling and are completed within 24 hours of booking unless otherwise stated.

Zoom sessions require a minimum of 10 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. Bookings are made through the calendar where my availability is shown in real time.

If you do not see a date or time that works for you, you may request an On Demand appointment through the chat feature on the website. Please do not submit payment or complete a booking until you have received approval from me. On Demand appointments are not guaranteed and carry an additional fee of $50.

Zoom Sessions

Please ensure you are available at your scheduled appointment time. There is a 5 minute grace period for all private calls. I will attempt to reach you at the scheduled start time and once more after 5 minutes. If I am unable to reach you by the second attempt, your appointment will be cancelled and payment will be forfeited in accordance with the refund policy acknowledged at booking.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all contact information entered at booking is correct. Incorrect contact information will result in cancellation without refund as I will be unable to reach you. If you notice an error please reach out to customerservice@sznofdai.com immediately.

All sessions are conducted via Zoom.

Text & Email Services

For text and email based services, your reading will be delivered to the contact information provided at booking within 24 hours. Please ensure all information is entered correctly. Incorrect contact information will result in cancellation without refund.

Please include all questions at the time of booking.

Session Timing

Sessions are timed based on the service purchased. Once the timer begins it will not be paused for any reason. When the session time is up the reading is complete and the call will end shortly after. There are no exceptions. If you have additional questions after your session ends you are welcome to book another service on or off live.

If I do not have a booking immediately following yours and you would like to extend your session, we may discuss an extension at an additional fee of $5 per every 5 minutes. Extension time is purchased in $5 increments only and is not guaranteed.
