Ritual Policies
Please review these policies carefully prior to purchasing a ritual. Every working requires time, focus, and energy. These policies are here to protect both the integrity of the work and the clarity of our agreement.
No Refunds
All ritual purchases are final sale. Once a ritual has been purchased, the energy is claimed and the process has already begun, even before materials are prepared. Because of the time, spiritual energy, and physical resources involved, there are no cancellations or refunds under any circumstances. Please be certain before booking your service.
Bundles
When purchasing a bundle of two or three rituals, the work may be performed together for layered strength or separately for flow, depending on your intentions. This will be confirmed prior to beginning your rituals. Each ritual in your bundle will be documented with its own updates and reports.
Consultation Call
If you are unsure of which ritual to book, or you would like an opinion on your specific situation, feel free to book a consultation call directly from the candle ritual page. If you do not see a time available that works for you, please reach out directly using the chat feature at the bottom right of the screen, or via email at sznofdai@gmail.com and accommodations will be made.
Turnaround Time
Rituals are performed in alignment with spiritual timing, including moon phases, days of the week, and guidance from Spirit. Because of this, exact dates may vary, but all work will be completed within the following windows:

Energetic Consent
By completing your purchase, you consent to energetic work being performed on your behalf in alignment with the intention selected. For subscribers, involvement in a group ritual is not required. If the group ritual does not resonate, you are free to not join or to disengage if needed.
Updates and Reports
Updates are provided so you can follow the progress of your work:
• Standard Rituals: You will receive one update when your ritual begins and another once it is complete. Updates include photos of the work, a burn report, divination results, and recommendations for boosts if Spirit shows it is needed.
• Custom Rituals: You will receive the same start and completion updates as presets, along with additional updates covering each individual component of your custom work.
Ritual Boost
Some cases benefit from additional layers of work to strengthen the energy already set in motion. If Spirit shows that a boost is needed, I will let you know. Ritual Boosts may be something you can carry out yourself with simple guidance, or additional ritual work that can be booked through me. Recommendations are always made in your best interest and are never required.
Outcomes
Rituals are powerful tools for shifting energy, opening doors, and moving conditions in your favor. However, they do not override free will. Each case is unique, and results manifest differently depending on divine timing, your personal alignment, and outside circumstances. My role is to provide the strongest spiritual support possible, but I cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes.All rituals and spiritual services are offered for spiritual purposes only. They are not substitutes for medical, legal, or financial advice, and should not be used in place of professional guidance. By purchasing, you acknowledge that results vary and that no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
Custom Rituals
Consultations are required for custom rituals. During consultation, we will discuss goals for the working, specific circumstances that need tailoring and any other necessary information.
Custom rituals are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. I reserve the right to request modification or decline the request if it does not align with my spiritual ethics or boundaries. In circumstances where I must decline your ritual request, I will issue a refund, and advise you either during our consultation, or prior to the consultation depending on the nature of the issue.
