This policy outlines the terms for all purchase types available on the SZN of Dai website. By completing any purchase you confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms applicable to your order type.

Standard Orders — Physical Products

All physical products including conjure oils and ritual tools are handcrafted and spiritually prepared to order. A processing period of up to 4 weeks applies to all standard orders unless otherwise stated on the individual product page.

Processing time begins upon payment confirmation and does not include carrier transit time. Orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund once placed. See our Refund Policy and Terms of Service for full details.

Spiritual Services & Readings

Private readings and spiritual services are available for purchase through individual service listings. At the time of purchase you will select your preferred appointment date and time. Turnaround time begins upon payment confirmation and receipt of all required client information.

  • Available dates and times are listed at checkout
  • You are responsible for providing accurate contact information to receive your service
  • Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is handled on a case by case basis
  • All services are non-refundable once purchased and preparation has begun

Subscriptions — SZN Pass Membership

SZN Pass memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis beginning on the date of enrollment. By enrolling you authorize SZN of Dai to charge your payment method monthly until cancellation.

  • Members may cancel at any time through their account portal
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
  • No refunds are issued for the current billing period under any circumstance
  • All membership benefits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over
  • Failed payments result in immediate suspension of access until resolved
  • Loyalty reward streaks reset upon cancellation

Pre-Orders

Pre-order purchases are final once placed. No cancellations or refunds will be issued on pre-order items regardless of circumstance. By placing a pre-order you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy.

Pre-order processing and fulfillment timelines will be stated on the individual product page at the time of purchase.
