REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Due to the handcrafted and spiritually prepared nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds or exchanges except in the circumstances outlined below.

Physical Products

All physical products are made to order and spiritually prepared upon purchase. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Dissatisfaction with spiritual results or perceived effectiveness
  • Processing or shipping timelines
  • Incorrect purchases made by the customer

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us at support@sznofdai.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo documentation of the damaged item, interior packaging, and exterior shipping box. Claims submitted outside of this window or without photo documentation will not be reviewed. We will respond within 3–5 business days with our determination.

Spiritual Services & Readings

All readings, consultations, ritual services, and energetic work are non-refundable. Spiritual preparation is considered begun upon payment confirmation and receipt of all required client information. No cancellations or refunds will be issued at any point after that.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Dissatisfaction with reading outcomes or interpretations
  • Perceived ineffectiveness of ritual work
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to provide required information in a timely manner

SZN Pass Membership

SZN Pass memberships are billed monthly on a recurring basis. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period under any circumstance, including cancellation. Members retain access to all benefits through the end of the paid billing cycle upon cancellation.

Monthly benefits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over. No refunds or credits will be issued for unused benefits.

If a payment fails, access is suspended immediately until the issue is resolved. SZN of Dai is not responsible for benefits missed during a suspension period.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a purchase you confirm that you authorized the payment, intentionally completed the transaction, and reviewed and agreed to all applicable policies at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to dispute any fraudulent or unauthorized chargebacks with full documentation including order confirmations, timestamps, and delivery records.
