Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using this website or placing an order with SZN of Dai ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing this site and completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this site or place an order.

1. Nature of Products

SZN of Dai offers handcrafted spiritual products and spiritual services, including but not limited to conjure oils, ritual tools, tarot readings, and ritual work.

All items and services are intended for spiritual, devotional, energetic, and metaphysical use only. All products are sold as curios only.

Nothing on this website constitutes medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice. Our products and services are not a substitute for professional care or licensed services.

No specific results are guaranteed. Outcomes vary based on individual intention, consistency, personal alignment, free will, and external circumstances.

Some botanical ingredients may cause skin sensitivity or allergic reactions. A patch test is strongly recommended before applying any oil directly to skin. Products are not intended for internal consumption. SZN of Dai is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from improper use or failure to patch test. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from this website or use our services.

2. Order Processing – Physical Products

Each item is handcrafted and spiritually prepared to order.

Current processing time: up to 4 weeks unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Processing time refers to preparation and fulfillment before shipment. It does not include shipping transit time.

Placing an order signifies your agreement to these timelines.

3. Turnaround Times – Readings & Ritual Services

Turnaround times for readings, consultations, and ritual services are listed on the individual service page at the time of purchase.

Turnaround time begins once:

• Payment is confirmed

• All required client information has been received

Failure to provide requested information may delay completion.

Spiritual preparation is considered begun upon payment confirmation and receipt of all required client information. At that point, the service is considered active and no cancellation or refund will be issued.

Readings and services delivered digitally are considered delivered upon transmission to the email or contact method provided at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Domestic shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control once a package has been handed to the carrier.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned due to address error, reshipping fees will apply.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the handmade and spiritually prepared nature of our products and services:

• All sales are final.

• We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction related to spiritual results, perceived effectiveness, processing timelines, or change of mind.

• Physical product issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation.

• Spiritual services, readings, and ritual work are non-refundable once preparation has begun.

7. Payment Authorization & Chargebacks

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You authorized the payment

• You intentionally completed the purchase

• You reviewed and agreed to processing, turnaround, and shipping timelines

We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent or unauthorized chargebacks with full documentation, including timestamps, order confirmations, and delivery records.

8. Intellectual Property

All branding, product names, formulas, written descriptions, graphics, and content on this website are the property of SZN of Dai and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.

9. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in abusive, fraudulent, or disrespectful behavior toward the business or its spiritual practice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Louisiana.

11. SZN Pass Membership

Enrollment & Billing

SZN Pass memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis beginning on the date of enrollment. By enrolling, you authorize SZN of Dai to charge your payment method on a monthly basis until cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation:

• No refunds will be issued for the current billing period

• Members retain access to all benefits through the end of the paid billing cycle

• All access is revoked upon subscription expiration

• Members may resubscribe at any time to regain access to tier benefits

Failed Payments

If a scheduled payment fails, access to membership benefits will be suspended immediately until the payment issue is resolved. SZN of Dai is not responsible for benefits missed during a suspension period resulting from failed payment.

Loyalty Reward Program

Quarterly loyalty rewards are earned after three consecutive months of active membership in good standing. Cancellation at any point resets the loyalty streak. Resubscribers begin a new streak from their resubscription date. Loyalty rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Benefit Usage

Monthly benefits reset at the end of each billing cycle. Unused benefits expire and do not roll over, accumulate, or hold cash or credit value. No exceptions will be made for unused benefits regardless of circumstance.

Tier Changes

Members may upgrade or downgrade their tier at any time. Tier changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Downgrading resets the loyalty streak for the new tier.

Membership Pricing

SZN of Dai reserves the right to adjust membership pricing with reasonable notice provided to active members prior to any price change taking effect.

12. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
