Processing Time

All products are handcrafted and spiritually prepared to order.

Current processing time: up to 4 weeks unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Processing time refers to the preparation of your order before shipment. It does not include carrier transit time.

Orders ship only after the processing period has been completed.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the carrier and destination.

Shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping (Including Canada)

International delivery times vary by location and customs processing.

Orders shipped to Canada typically arrive within 7–21 business days after shipment, but delays may occur due to customs inspections or border processing.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. SZN of Dai is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges incurred upon delivery.

Carrier Responsibility

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by that provider.

SZN of Dai is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays

• Weather-related delays

• Customs delays

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

• Packages delayed in transit

If your package appears delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned due to address error, reshipping fees will apply.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

• The item

• The packaging

• The shipping box
